Flip2BFit Board Game

What It Is

The Flip2BFit Board Game is a fitness board game for two to four players where players perform various yoga poses, stretches, cardio, and strength exercises in an attempt to be the first player to arrive at the playground in the center of the game board. Take turns spinning the spinner to determine which of the four card categories you’ll flip over. The categories are cardio, yoga, strength, and stretching. Perform the exercise on the card successfully and move the number of spaces indicated on the spinner. If it’s a Group Play card, everyone playing must do the exercise and all players that complete it get to move forward. If you land on a bench space, sit down, relax, and miss a turn.

Some of the cards are Fact or Fiction Cards that test your nutritional knowledge about the foods we eat and drink. Choose any player to respond to the statement on the card. If they get it right, they move forward one space. If not they move backward one space, and you get to go again.

Each card category also has Healthy Choice cards, which move you two spaces forward, and Bad Food Cards, which move you three spaces backward.

The Flip2BFit Board Game comes with a game board, 120 playing cards, four game pawns, a spinning wheel, and instructions.

Is It Fun?

This game is a good way for the whole family to get active, learn some healthy skills, and play together. It’s easy to play and makes exercising fun.

The Flip2BFit Board Game is for ages 6 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The game does come with a disclaimer that the fitness information and health-related suggestions are meant as general recommendations and may not be appropriate for every individual. Don’t engage in any physical activity that causes you pain or undue discomfort. For kids, we think it’s best that they play this game with an adult who can spot them or demonstrate the correct way to do the exercises so that no one gets hurt from doing them incorrectly.
